I don't remember if I have mentioned this already but... We have a rooster now. I woke up last Thursday to a cut cocka-doodle-doo. We call him Loud Mouth but I think he has been offended because he doesn't crow as much as he did the first day. We think he is cute and really think his crow is adorable too. Our plan is to try for our own chicks in the spring. We have a hen who showed that she likes to sit on the eggs so we are making her a coop so that she and the rooster can have a batch of eggs to sit on and see if we can't get some chicks from them. We will see!

WE GOT ROOSTER!
